Drug-free Communities in the U.S. Code: Title 21, Chapter 20, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating drug-free communities are compiled in the United States Code under Title 21, Chapter 20, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Drugs (including drug-free communities) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Drug Abuse Control of the US Code, including drug-free communities) by chapter and subchapter.
