Biosecurity in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 64, Subchapter XIII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating biosecurity are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 64, Subchapter XIII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including biosecurity) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Agricultural Education of the US Code, including biosecurity) by chapter and subchapter.
