Elements of Reserve Components in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle E, Part I, Chapter 1005
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating elements of reserve components are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle E, Part I, Chapter 1005. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Army Reserve (including elements of reserve components) of the United States.
