Water Resources Studies in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 36, Subchapter IV

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating water resources studies are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 36, Subchapter IV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including water resources studies) of the United States.
