Research and Related Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 33, Chapter 26, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating research and related programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 33, Chapter 26, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navigation and Navigable Waters (including research and related programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Water Pollution of the US Code, including research and related programs) by chapter and subchapter.
