Bands in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle C, Part II, Chapter 565

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating bands are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle C, Part II, Chapter 565. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Navy (including bands) of the United States.
