The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating dairy research and promotion are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 76. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including dairy research and promotion) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Agricultural Research and Agricultural Education of the US Code, including dairy research and promotion) by chapter and subchapter.
