Consumer Product Safety in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 47

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating consumer product safety are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 47. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including consumer product safety) of the United States.
