Signal Systems in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle V, Part A, Chapter 205

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating signal systems are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle V, Part A, Chapter 205. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including signal systems) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Rail Programs and Transport Programs of the US Code, including signal systems) by chapter and subchapter.
