Disclosure of Lobbying Activities in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 26

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating disclosure of lobbying activities are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 26. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Congress (including disclosure of lobbying activities) of the United States.
