Impoundment Control in the U.S. Code: Title 2, Chapter 17B

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating impoundment control are compiled in the United States Code under Title 2, Chapter 17B. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Congress (including impoundment control) of the United States.
