Censuses in the U.S. Code: Title 13, Chapter 5

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating censuses are compiled in the United States Code under Title 13, Chapter 5. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Census (including censuses) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Censuses of the US Code, including censuses) by chapter and subchapter.
