The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating agriculture-related provisions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 22, Subchapter IV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including agriculture-related provisions) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Uruguay Round Trade Agreements of the US Code, including agriculture-related provisions) by chapter and subchapter.
