Public Library Services in the U.S. Code: Title 20, Chapter 16, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating public library services are compiled in the United States Code under Title 20, Chapter 16, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Education (including public library services) of the United States.
