Incremental Pricing in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 60, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating incremental pricing are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 60, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including incremental pricing) of the United States.
