General and Intermodal Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating general and intermodal programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including general and intermodal programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Transport Programs of the US Code, including general and intermodal programs) by chapter and subchapter.
