Tribal Justice Systems in the U.S. Code: Title 25, Chapter 38, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating tribal justice systems are compiled in the United States Code under Title 25, Chapter 38, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Indians (including tribal justice systems) of the United States.
