The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating declaration of conditions and policy are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 26, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including declaration of conditions and policy) of the United States.
