Promotion of Foreign Trade in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 4, Subtitle II, Part III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating promotion of foreign trade are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 4, Subtitle II, Part III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including promotion of foreign trade) of the United States.
