Finding the law: Public Contracts in the U.S. Code

Public Contracts in the U.S. Code: Title 41

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating public contracts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 41. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Contracts (including public contracts) of the United States.
