Critical Needs for Tribal Development in the U.S. Code: Title 25, Chapter 35, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating critical needs for tribal development are compiled in the United States Code under Title 25, Chapter 35, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Indians (including critical needs for tribal development) of the United States.
