International Stage in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part IV, Chapter 36

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating international stage are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part IV, Chapter 36. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including international stage) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Patent Cooperation Treaty and Treaties and International Law of the US Code, including international stage) by chapter and subchapter.
