Other Studies in the U.S. Code: Title 29, Chapter 18, Subchapter II, Subtitle B, Part 2

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating other studies are compiled in the United States Code under Title 29, Chapter 18, Subchapter II, Subtitle B, Part 2. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Labor (including other studies) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Employee Retirement Income Security Program of the US Code, including other studies) by chapter and subchapter.
