Standards and Measures in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 21, Subchapter III, Part D, Subpart 1

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating standards and measures are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 21, Subchapter III, Part D, Subpart 1. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including standards and measures) of the United States.
