Transferable Records in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating transferable records are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 96, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including transferable records) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Electronic Commerce and Records of the US Code, including transferable records) by chapter and subchapter.
