Designs in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part II, Chapter 16

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating designs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part II, Chapter 16. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including designs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Inventions of the US Code, including designs) by chapter and subchapter.
