Environmental Impact Review in the U.S. Code: Title 21, Chapter 9, Subchapter VII, Part E

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating environmental impact review are compiled in the United States Code under Title 21, Chapter 9, Subchapter VII, Part E. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Drugs (including environmental impact review) of the United States.
