Effective Dates in the U.S. Code: Title 38, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating effective dates are compiled in the United States Code under Title 38, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Veterans (including effective dates) of the United States.
