National Stage in the U.S. Code: Title 35, Part IV, Chapter 37

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating national stage are compiled in the United States Code under Title 35, Part IV, Chapter 37. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Patents (including national stage) of the United States.
