Recovery Audits in the U.S. Code: Title 31, Subtitle III, Chapter 35, Subchapter VI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating recovery audits are compiled in the United States Code under Title 31, Subtitle III, Chapter 35, Subchapter VI.
