Apparel and Textiles in the U.S. Code: Title 13, Chapter 3, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating apparel and textiles are compiled in the United States Code under Title 13, Chapter 3, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Census (including apparel and textiles) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Census Statistics and Statistics of the US Code, including apparel and textiles) by chapter and subchapter.
