Interagency Information Sharing in the U.S. Code: Title 8, Chapter 15, Subchapter II
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating interagency information sharing are compiled in the United States Code under Title 8, Chapter 15, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Aliens and Nationality (including interagency information sharing) of the United States.
