Simplified Acquisition Procedures in the U.S. Code: Title 41, Subtitle I, Division B, Chapter 19

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating simplified acquisition procedures are compiled in the United States Code under Title 41, Subtitle I, Division B, Chapter 19.
