Aquaculture in the U.S. Code: Title 7, Chapter 64, Subchapter XI

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating aquaculture are compiled in the United States Code under Title 7, Chapter 64, Subchapter XI. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Agriculture (including aquaculture) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Agricultural Education of the US Code, including aquaculture) by chapter and subchapter.
