Investigations and Planning in the U.S. Code: Title 43, Chapter 32, Subchapter II
The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating investigations and planning are compiled in the United States Code under Title 43, Chapter 32, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Lands (including investigations and planning) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Colorado River Basin Project and Colorado of the US Code, including investigations and planning) by chapter and subchapter.
