Uniforms in the U.S. Code: Title 5, Part III, Subpart D, Chapter 59, Subchapter I

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating uniforms are compiled in the United States Code under Title 5, Part III, Subpart D, Chapter 59, Subchapter I. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Government Employees (including uniforms) of the United States.
