Use of Private Legal Resources in the U.S. Code: Title 12, Chapter 43, Subchapter III

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating use of private legal resources are compiled in the United States Code under Title 12, Chapter 43, Subchapter III. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Banking Law (including use of private legal resources) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Bank Fraud of the US Code, including use of private legal resources) by chapter and subchapter.
