Decennial Digest in the Context of Law Research

The Thurgood Marshall School of Law Library defined briefly Decennial Digest as: One of the titles a part of the American Digest System that classifies case decisions by topic chronologically. The digest contains summaries of cases during the period from 1897 to 1905 and for every ten year period until 1976, and every five years thereafter.Legal research resources, including Decennial Digest, help to identify the law that governs an activity and to find materials that explain that law.
