Public Contracts in the U.S. Code: Title 41

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating public contracts are compiled in the United States Code under Title 41. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Public Contracts (including public contracts) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Federal Procurement Policy and Regulation and Contracts of the US Code, including public contracts) by chapter and subchapter.
