Interstate Transportation in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle IV

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating interstate transportation are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle IV. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including interstate transportation) of the United States.
