An accounting of receipts and disbursements made to the Probate Court by a guardian for his or her ward or an executor or an administrator for a decedent. Accounts are usually numbered “First Account,” “Second Account,” and “Third, Final and Distributive Account,” when an estate is closed or the guardianship is terminated.
