Aviation Programs in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle VII

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating aviation programs are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle VII. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including aviation programs) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Aviation Programs and Transport Programs of the US Code, including aviation programs) by chapter and subchapter.
