Tuna Conventions in the U.S. Code: Title 16, Chapter 16

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating tuna conventions are compiled in the United States Code under Title 16, Chapter 16. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Conservation (including tuna conventions) of the United States.
