Trade Relations With Certain Countries in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter IV, Part 1

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating trade relations with certain countries are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 12, Subchapter IV, Part 1. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including trade relations with certain countries) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Trade Act of 1974 and Trade of the US Code, including trade relations with certain countries) by chapter and subchapter.
