Trade-marks in the U.S. Code: Title 15, Chapter 3

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating trade-marks are compiled in the United States Code under Title 15, Chapter 3. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Trade Law (including trade-marks) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Trademarks of the US Code, including trade-marks) by chapter and subchapter.
