Trade Benefits in the U.S. Code: Title 19, Chapter 23, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating trade benefits are compiled in the United States Code under Title 19, Chapter 23, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Customs Duties (including trade benefits) of the United States.
