The Uniform in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 45

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating the uniform are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part II, Chapter 45. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including the uniform) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Enlistments of the US Code, including the uniform) by chapter and subchapter.
