The Militia in the U.S. Code: Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 13

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating the militia are compiled in the United States Code under Title 10, Subtitle A, Part I, Chapter 13. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to General Military Law (including the militia) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Military Organization of the US Code, including the militia) by chapter and subchapter.
