The Budget Process in the U.S. Code: Title 31, Subtitle II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating the budget process are compiled in the United States Code under Title 31, Subtitle II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Finance (including the budget process) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Budget and Money and Public Finance of the US Code, including the budget process) by chapter and subchapter.
