Terminals in the U.S. Code: Title 49, Subtitle III, Chapter 55, Subchapter II

The current, permanent, in-force federal laws regulating terminals are compiled in the United States Code under Title 49, Subtitle III, Chapter 55, Subchapter II. It constitutes “prima facie” evidence of statutes relating to Transportation (including terminals) of the United States. The reader can further narrow his/her legal research of the general topic (in this case, Transport Programs of the US Code, including terminals) by chapter and subchapter.
